Carder grew up in a muscial piano industry family. His father and mother has spent their lives in the piano education industry. His experience consist in piano vendor relationships, piano sales, piano logistics, warehousing and service.

As Executive Director, he manages the day to day operation of the organization, including developing relationships with potential grantees, administration, marketing, and fundraising.

Mr. England has 43 years of experience in the piano industry with extensive relationships with global piano manufacturers. He consults with public and private schools, universities, and many other musical venues on a regular basis. In 1976, he founded one of the Metro Atlanta Music Teachers organizations (Gwinnett County Music Teachers Association). He has served several other Music Teachers Associations over the years. He truly fits his position on the Board of Directors given his passion for what piano lessons and playing the piano has meant to his life. When he speaks to various groups, his personal piano story is quiet amazing and impressive. He has played piano since age 8 and still enjoys what playing the piano continues to contributes to his life.

Mr. England duties as President includes overseeing the direction of the organization, developing and maintaining relationships with potential donors and grantee organizations.

Mr. Ashworth spent his teaching career in interior design at Florida State University, Georgia State University, and most recently at Art Institute of Atlanta. As a retired professor of Interior Design, he has much experience in teaching and evaluating the skills and creativity of students seeking an artistic career. He has served on the Board of various non-profit organizations, most recently on a scholarship committee to select recipients of financial support.

Ms. Andrews holds a MTNA national certification as an independent piano teacher. She is a past president of the Georgia Music Teachers Association (GMTA), the Gwinnett County Music Teachers Association, and the Greater Atlanta Music Alliance. Currently serves on the GMTA Finance/Advisory Committee and the GMTA Executive Board. She attended University of Georgia and has a bachelor s degree is in Piano Performance. Ms. Andrews is also a church organist and adjudicates frequently for piano festivals and competitions. She is also named as an MTNA Foundation Fellow.
